Mr. M.E. Akenuwa has worked in the drilling services industry for over 46 years. He began his career as an accounts clerk in 1968 with Forex Neptune; he rose up the ranks excellently well, seeing through the company’s transitions and mergers from Sedco Forex to Sedco Forex Schlumberger in the 70s and 80s respectively, to become Personnel Manager; and later, Corporate Affairs Manager of Sedco Forex Schlumberger. The company Sedco Forex Schlumberger is known today as Transocean.
Mr. Akenuwa retired from Sedco Forex Schlumberger in 1993. Amongst other certifications and awards obtained, he was awarded the “Meritorious Long Service Award” by the board of Sedco Forex Schlumberger.
That same year he started his company Dimago Nigeria Limited (DNL) in July of 1993.
Ms. Akenuwa is an experienced business administration professional; with over 20 years’ experience spanning drilling services, client business and systems project related environments.
She has shown to utilize available resources actively to increase effectiveness and productivity.
Ms. Akenuwa is highly effective at organizing others to utilize their abilities and strengths; she is adept at managing projects to tight deadlines, within budget and to required standards.
She began her career in the oil and gas industry in 1997 working with Schlumberger – a drilling services company. Over the years, she has obtained numerous international work experiences in the field of business administration and project management. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Microbiology (B.Sc. Hons) from the University of Benin, Nigeria and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Cardiff University, Wales UK.
Arc. Akenuwa is a seasoned Architect with over 20 years’ experience. He started his Architectural career with Ronald Ward Associates, Group Bajo Associates, SAS Consultants and later as Head Property department Zenith Bank Plc. overseeing the Bank’s Architectural and construction work nationwide.
He eventually left the Bank after 15 years of service to set up his private practice.
He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (MNIA); member, Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (M. ARCON); member, Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM); Associate member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA)
Stephanie Ndiokho is a lawyer with over 16 years experience in corporate/commercial law and compliance. She began her career as an Associate with The Law Union and gained further experience in the oil and gas industry working with Occidental Petroleum Corporation, Texas and the Intertek Group, where she negotiated and managed domestic and international agreements and advised with respect to corporate acquisitions and restructuring.
Her areas of specialization include contracts, risk management, negotiations, mergers & acquisitions, procurement, labour and corporate governance.
She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL. B) from the University of Lagos, Nigeria; a post graduate commercial law degree (LL.M) from the University of Birmingham, UK as well as a Masters degree from St Mary’s University, Texas.
Stephanie is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
A self -motivated individual, result oriented with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting, with numerous accounting training certifications.
Mr. Akakasiaka also holds a valid Basic Offshore Safety Induction & Emergency Training certificate from Falck Prime Atlantic, Nigeria.
Mr. Akenuwa has good interpersonal relationship and communication skills. He holds a bachelor of science degree in Political Science with numerous training certifications in PR services.

He has overseen and executed various immigration and visa related assignments. Mr. Popoola is proactive and effective in accomplishing required tasks and goals of our clients. He has also completed numerous Immigration and Public relations training.
He holds a bachelor of science degree in Political Science
Mr. Ezeako prior to his appointment with DNL was an assistant lecturer of financial accounting, cost account and taxation at the Lagos State Polytechnic.
He is an experienced problem solver, he holds a N.D (national diploma) in accounting and an A. A. T (associate accounting technician) ICAN affiliate. He is currently a studying member of the institute of chartered accountants of Nigeria (ICAN PE).
She provides adequate support for operational and client needs.
Such administrative/client related functions include incoming and outgoing request, Immigration/HR administrative support and all client billing.
Miss Ohunyanebor holds a bachelor of science degree in Computer Science.
She provides protocol services for DNL in immigration, hr/admin and finance from our Port Harcourt office.
She holds a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Port Harcourt.
