Mr. M.E. Akenuwa has worked in the drilling services industry for over 57 years. He began his career as an accounts clerk in 1968 with Forex Neptune; he rose up the ranks excellently well, seeing through the company’s transitions and mergers from Sedco Forex to Sedco Forex Schlumberger in the 70s and 80s respectively, to becoming Personnel Manager; and later, Corporate Affairs Manager of Sedco Forex Schlumberger. The company Sedco Forex Schlumberger is known today as Transocean.
Mr. Akenuwa retired from Sedco Forex Schlumberger in 1993. Amongst other certifications and awards obtained, he was awarded the “Meritorious Long Service Award” by the board of Sedco Forex Schlumberger.
That same year he started his own company, Dimago Nigeria Limited (DNL), in July of 1993.
Joy O. Akenuwa-Valverde is an experienced business administration professional; with over 29 years’ experience spanning drilling services, client businesses and systems project related environments.
She is highly effective at organizing others to utilize their abilities and strengths; she is adept at managing projects to tight deadlines, within budget and to required standards.
She began her career in the oil and gas industry in 1997 working with Schlumberger – a leading drilling services company. Over the years, she obtained numerous work experiences in the field of business administration and project management in Nigeria and the UK. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology (B.Sc. Hons) from the University of Benin, Nigeria and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wales UK.
Arc. Akenuwa is a seasoned Architect with over 29 years’ experience. He started his Architectural career with Ronald Wald Associates in 1997 and later with Zenith’s Bank Property department. He left the bank after 15 meritorious years in the position of Senior Country Manager.
Arc. Akenuwa is currently Principal at Design View Contemporary Concept Limited – A design, construction, project management & interior works company.
He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (MNIA); member, Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (M. ARCON); & member, Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).
Stephanie E. Akenuwa is a lawyer with over 28 years’ experience in corporate/commercial law and compliance. She began her career as an Associate with The Law Union and gained further experience in the oil and gas industry working with Occidental Petroleum Corporation, Texas, Intertek Group & Reservoir Group where she negotiated, managed domestic with international agreements and advised with respect to corporate acquisitions and restructuring.
Her areas of specialization include contracts, risk management, negotiations, mergers & acquisitions, procurement, labor and corporate governance.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in Law (LL. B) from the University of Lagos, Nigeria; a post graduate commercial law degree (LL.M) from the University of Birmingham, UK as well as a master’s degree from St Mary’s University, Texas.
Stephanie is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
A self -motivated individual, result oriented with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting, with numerous accounting training certifications.

He has overseen and executed various immigration and visa related assignments. Mr. Popoola is proactive and effective in accomplishing required tasks and goals of our clients. He has also completed numerous Immigration and Public relations training.
He holds a bachelor of science degree in Political Science
She provides protocol services for DNL in immigration, hr/admin and finance from our Port Harcourt office.
